Admissions

Admission to the club is organised by the Manager and we use a waiting list system during busy seasons in the school year. The waiting list will be operated on a first come-first served basis, with the exception of siblings who will have priority for the same days as a sibling already attending. We require a completed set of application forms for your child before they can attend the club. This information will be treated as confidential and will be stored following GDPR regulations.

A two weeks deposit must be paid to secure place at After School and Breakfast club. This deposit is then refundable when giving one month written notice for withdrawing your child from the After School Club. Holiday club places must be paid in full before the start of Holiday Club .

Once accepted , all bookings for both term time and holiday scheme will be made via our booking site, Magicbooking.

All places are on a contract basis, with fees being paid monthly. All other bookings outside of this will result in ad hoc prices, with ad hoc fees being paid on the day.
